Spread out a few wonton wrappers on a plate or cutting board while keeping the remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel. Brush the edges of each wrapper with the beaten egg. |

Add ½ teaspoon of pizza sauce to the center of each wonton wrapper, towards the bottom. Layer 1 teaspoon each of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni over the sauce. Fold the bottom corner over the filling and roll it forward. Tuck in the side corners and continue rolling and tucking like a burrito or egg roll. Gently press the edges to seal them shut. Place the assembled pizza rolls on a plate or tray and brush all sides generously with canola oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray. |

Put a few pizza rolls in your air fryer basket, using a parchment paper liner if you prefer. Air fry at 375℉ for 3-5 minutes, then flip and air fry for an additional 3 minutes. Keep an eye on the rolls, and once the cheese starts to ooze out, you can remove them. If you'd like them crispier and the cheese hasn't started to come out yet, air fry the rolls for a couple more minutes at 425℉ after flipping. |

As the pizza rolls cook, combine the topping ingredients in a small bowl. When the pizza rolls finish cooking, toss them in the topping and serve immediately with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. |
